NNBC Digital was briefed to accelerate the integration of Omni-channel strategies for the Due south Fashion Brand to engage with their online audience that would drive seasonal offers and increase online storetraffic and sales. To embrace and integrate brand & product storytelling, we focused on increasing consumer emotional engagement within the brand by means of an Omni-channel approach. Seasonal offers were driven by means of targeted digital newsletters that formed the master content of the campaign.
The content was distributed and implemented across various digital platforms such as Google banners, website banners and social media content to provide a unified shopping experience to the end consumer.
This strategy succeeded in creating an increase in online store sales and brand engagement.
