In addition to the creation of the brand identity and website, NNBC was tasked by Lil’Kitchen to create more brand awareness through social media strategies, to establish a loyal relationship with customers and to educate and inform customers which in turn will boost sales. By focusing on a more health conscious target market which is located closer to the premises of the restaurant, we were able to successfully market to a more receiving target audience who in turn showed more interest.
By analyzing and simplifying technical content we were able to effectively communicate the service offering to the target audience. This was executed through the following digital channels: website, digital newsletters and social media. We then collected data and insights through analytics and webmaster tools to implement an effective SEO.
